These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and joia9 ("joia9", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit or using any part of the joia9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using joia9 — whether through the website, mobile browser or the joia9 app — you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines, rules or policies published on the platform from time to time. joia9 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification at any point. If verification cannot be completed, or if information provided is found to be inaccurate, joia9 may suspend or close the account and withhold pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details, payment method information or other registered data changes, update your account settings promptly. joia9 is not liable for issues arising from outdated account information — including failed withdrawals to an old JazzCash or Easypaisa number.

3 Account Security

Your joia9 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, or accessed by, any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not that activity was carried out by you directly.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your joia9 account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Never share your password, PIN or account access details with anyone — including anyone claiming to represent joia9. joia9 staff will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact joia9 support immediately so the account can be secured.

joia9 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. In the event of a confirmed security breach from joia9's side, affected players will be notified and appropriate remedial action will be taken promptly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on joia9 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your joia9 PKR balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on joia9 — including live casino tables, slots, bingo rooms, fish shooting games and sports betting markets — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. Live dealer games are operated by real dealers and governed by the rules of the respective game type.

• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime through the joia9 platform.
• Attempting to circumvent joia9's responsible gaming tools including self-exclusion or deposit limits by registering a new account.
• Using the joia9 platform for any commercial purpose including professional gambling operations or betting syndicate activity without explicit written agreement from joia9.

8 VIP Programme

The joia9 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative deposit and wagering activity over rolling assessment periods. The specific thresholds for each tier are published on the VIP page of the platform.

• VIP status and associated benefits — including cashback percentage, withdrawal priority and account manager access — are subject to maintaining the activity level required for each tier.
• Tiers are reviewed periodically. If activity falls below the threshold for your current tier, your tier may be adjusted downward at the next review. You will retain any cashback earned during the previous period.
